Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to three years’ experience in a financial branch environment or similar.
• Ability to pass a background check including: Credit, Drug Screen, Bondability, & Criminal Background.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Open consumer and business membership accounts and assist with maintenance.
• Process consumer loan applications and related documentation.
• Support branch operations, training, and mentoring of team members.
• Proactively generate referrals and contribute to branch goals.

Education
