• Manage branch plans to achieve loan growth, deposits and cross-sell goals.
• Oversee sales processes including profiling, target setting, coaching and results.
• Coordinate staff training, performance appraisals, and discipline as needed.
• Represent the bank in the community and maintain audit readiness.
