Responsibilities

• Counsel clients with needs-based financial solutions and provide in-person or virtual support
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, administration and sales as part of the branch team
• Advise customers on deposit accounts and loans; open accounts promptly
• Lead outbound sales to drive branch and regional opportunities
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and update staff on changes
• Represent the bank at community events to promote financial literacy and PSBT products
