Qualifications

• Education level required: High School or GED or foreign equivalence.
• Minimum 2+ years of branch sales experience.
• Experience with a variety of banking products.
• Experience with banking risk management.
• Education level preferred: Undergraduate Degree (4 years) or equivalent.
• 4+ years of branch banking and/or financial institution sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Business Performance: Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets in financial performance.
• Sales Leadership and Coaching: Support coaching and mentorship of the team, reinforce training and ensure compliance.
• Client Experience: Deliver client engagement and education to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee and client risks by adhering to policies.
• Talent management: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, and disciplinary actions.
