• Bachelor's degree preferred (4 years) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Provide training, development and coaching to branch teams to meet targets and adhere to policies.
• Deliver exceptional client engagement and education using available tools and systems.
• Foster disciplined risk management and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Lead talent management including employment, performance evaluations, staff development and disciplinary actions.
