Responsibilities

• Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets in financial performance.
• Support coaching, development and mentorship of team members; assist in sales initiatives and staff development.
• Deliver client engagement and education to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Identify and mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Assist with talent management functions including employment, performance evaluations and succession planning.
