• Conduct weekly/monthly branch sales meetings.
• Administer bank policies and regulations to maintain risk control and compliance.
• Supervise, coach and counsel staff toward goals.
• Leverage product knowledge to drive referrals and customer relationships.
• Represent the bank in community events and maintain regular attendance.
