Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with a range of customers, including consumer and small business.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations and work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on the customer’s identified needs.
• Engage customers to bank with us and encourage use of digital capabilities.
• Explain loan application criteria and complete servicing-related responsibilities for customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to solve banking needs and promote appropriate banking partners.
• Adhere to sales processes, resolve customer complaints, and log interactions accurately.
• Maintain branch operations, audit points, and compliance with AML/BSA/KYC processes.
