• Explain loan-application criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to strengthen and expand relationships.
• Lobby management: meet, greet, and address banking needs; refer partners when appropriate.
• Assist with AML/BSA/KYC processes and log and resolve complaints.
• Complete branch operations and document interactions accurately.
