Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers and explain banking solutions; make recommendations based on identified needs.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain loan application criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing duties for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the bank's sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Adhere to AML/BSA/KYC processes and identify fraud.
• Log and resolve customer complaints in the system.
• Review and resolve overdrafts; complete transactions.
• Maintain branch operations and document customer interactions.
