Job summary

Citizens Bank in Exeter, NH is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate. You’ll greet customers in our lobby, help them use the mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions, and offer personalized advice to help reach their financial goals while connecting customers with Bankers for next steps.

You’ll educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, follow all policies including cash handling and regulations, and deliver an exceptional service experience in a fast-paced branch

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
