Job summary

Citizens is hiring a customer service and financial solutions specialist in New Hampshire. You will advise customers on spending, saving, borrowing and investing, and guide them to digital banking tools while building lasting relationships.

As part of a branch team, you will collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage colleagues, perform outbound outreach, and schedule financial checkups while following all policies and maintaining cash handling discipline.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to identify needs through questioning to improve customer relationships.
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending/referring products through in-person and phone interactions.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, business partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
• Flexible to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.
• 1 year cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Help customers with planning for the future, home buying, and credit cards.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options via app or ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies and proper cash handling.
