Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, outgoing Customer Service Associate to be the face of the branch in Claremont, NH. You will build lasting relationships with customers and provide trusted advice on everyday banking needs.

You’ll help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing, promote digital banking, collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams, and make outbound calls to grow the customer base. Training and compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• SAFE Act requirements and video interview assessment after applying.

Responsibilities
