Job summary

Citizens Bank in Dennis, MA seeks a customer experience associate to greet customers in our lobby and help them use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions, delivering personalized advice and connecting them with Bankers for the next step.

You will educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, follow all policies including cash handling and local laws, and enjoy a range of benefits along with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in our lobbies and help them use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to meet customer needs and connect them to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, and respond to questions and concerns while following all policies.
