Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, outgoing professional to join our branch team in Dover, NH. You will help customers make sound financial decisions, build lasting relationships, and introduce digital banking solutions, while supporting savings, borrowing and investing needs.

You’ll engage with customers in person and by phone, relay tailored recommendations, and collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams to address broader financial goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products/services in person and over the phone
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, business partners and specialists
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
• Meet and comply with SAFE Act pre-employment checks and obtain NMLS identifier

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking tools (app and ATMs) and promote their use
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
