Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Guide customers through the loan lifecycle and tailor financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to support lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls, texts, and emails.
• Ensure compliance and educate customers on loan terms and available products.
