Regional Finance is hiring an Assistant Manager to drive loan sales and deliver personalized financial solutions in a fast-paced, in-person setting. You will coach teammates, apply underwriting techniques, and manage delinquent accounts to protect customer outcomes and company performance.

The role emphasizes customer education, compliance, and teamwork, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional weekends based on needs. Strong communication and cash-handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships through the full loan lifecycle.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent loan accounts (1-30 days past due).
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role requirements.
