Job summary

Qualifications

• Build relationships with customers during the full loan lifecycle.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts with outreach and payment arrangements.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence in lending activities.
