Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sale targets through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships through full loan lifecycle and tailor financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1-30 days past due) via calls/texts/emails and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in all lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
