Regional Finance is seeking an Assistant Manager for our on-site branch. You will drive loan sales, engage customers, and promote tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance and accuracy in lending activities.

In this role you will train new team members and help grow leaders within the region. The role requires 3+ years in performance-based sales, cash handling, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with bilingual Spanish/English as a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments and balance cash drawer.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed loan sales targets and drive branch volume.
• Build relationships with customers and tailor financial solutions.
• Assist in training new team members and coach others.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and products and provide timely service.
