Responsibilities

• Exceed branch-level loan sales targets and drive volume through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle and recommend tailored solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to support informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) with outbound calls, texts, and emails.
