Regional Finance, a growing national consumer lender, seeks an Assistant Manager to drive loan sales, manage borrower relationships, and lead a team in a dynamic, on-site role. You will train peers, apply underwriting tools, and help customers with payment arrangements while ensuring compliance and excellent service.

The position offers structured training, internal leadership opportunities, and a path to Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsabilités

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle, recommending tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in the training and coaching of new team members, creating a culture of growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) via calls, texts, and emails, arranging payments or extensions.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products to ensure full understanding.
