Regional Finance is hiring for an Assistant Manager in Sacramento to drive loan sales and deliver personal service across branches and our digital platform. You’ll engage customers through the loan lifecycle, recommending tailored financial solutions, training teammates, and applying underwriting techniques.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred).
• Associates or Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle — while recommending tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in the training and coaching of new team members, providing a culture of growth for yourself and your team.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers to resolve past-due balances through payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in all lending activities.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on loan terms and optional products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options.
• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
