Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Box Office Attendant in New York to assist patrons with ticket distribution and provide venue information. The role supports the Box Office Manager and may take on additional tasks as needed.

The position requires 1–2 years of related experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Excel and Word. Experience with ticketing platforms and strong customer service skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with venue ticketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticket purchases and distributions.
• Manage will call and guest lists; verify IDs and issue tickets.
• Answer phone inquiries about shows and venue information, accessibility and ADA requests.
• Reconcile sales and will call receipts; assist with show settlements.
