Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Box Office Supervisor in California to oversee the ticketing staff and resolve customer service concerns. You will troubleshoot issues with ticketing software and POS, and coordinate each show’s build with the marketing team.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. This is a part-time position with potential benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise ticket sellers and ensure staff fulfill responsibilities.
• Train ticketing staff; assist with scheduling and fill shifts.
• Reconcile credential inventory and equipment; check-in at end of shift.
• Resolve customer service issues and troubleshoot ticketing software/POS.
• Organize staff meetings; review show data and coordinate builds with marketing.
