Significant Productions in The Villages, FL, seeks a Manager of Box Office and Sales to lead daily ticketing operations, seat map management, and patron services for The Sharon and SigPro Studio. You will train staff, optimize sales, and drive donor-focused experiences across events.

You will coach teams, manage multi-channel workflows, and ensure accurate reporting while upholding SigPro’s mission of community, creativity and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in box office/ticketing operations, including event setup and seating maps.
• Experience supervising, leading, training, or coaching staff in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with ticketing platforms, CRM/patron databases, and seat-map tools; strong data hygiene.
• Solid reporting and analytics skills (Excel/Sheets, basic SQL or BI tools) for sales and revenue analysis.
• Strong customer service orientation with upsell/cross-sell ability and development collaboration.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy practices for patron data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends and on-site shifts ~1/3 of MOD shifts at The Sharon.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for concurrent events.
• Demonstrated alignment with Significant Productions’ mission and values.

Responsabilités

• Lead box office and sales operations; oversee event setup, seat maps, promos, and patron groups.
• Coach staff on hospitality, service, and donor conversion during sales interactions.
• Integrate donor prompts into all sales to support end-to-end buyer-to-donor experience.
• Maintain knowledge of SigPro venues, seating, and programming; provide pre-sales support.
• Open/close box office daily; manage staff on multiple channels and adjust staffing as needed.
• Process returns, exchanges, credits, and refunds per terms of sale.
• Create and qualify helpdesk tickets and sales leads for VIP experiences, sponsorships, and rentals.
• Maintain cash handling and financial records per SigPro standards; ensure data logs are complete.
• Lead a collaborative Box Office team focused on service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s mission.
