Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) seeks a Box Office Manager for the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center on the Florida State University campus.

The role directs daily box office operations, delivering world-class guest service and leading ticketing staff with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of box-office experience, with Ticketmaster TM1/TM Host and Microsoft Office proficiency, and demonstrated leadership in event information, pricing, reporting, PCI compliance,

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of box office/ticketing experience, preferably in a sports/venue setting.
• Ability to multitask, organize, meet deadlines and lead staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide event information between promoter, venue staff, and ticketing company, including pricing and seating configurations.
• Manage communication and reporting with promoters, staff, and building management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly ticket sales and data entry for building management.
• Reconcile issues between ticket sales and Finance, including shortages or overages.
• Maintain internal controls of box office operations and PCI compliance.
