Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Box Office Manager to lead the Box Office team in a fast-paced live-entertainment environment in Jacksonville, FL. You will supervise full-time and part-time staff, manage ticketing strategies with leading platforms, and ensure accurate financial controls.

Success requires strong guest service, leadership, and adaptability to event-driven demands, with a focus on compliance and operational excellence across all ticketing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 3+ years progressive Box Office leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Box Office with direction to management and ticket sellers.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop part-time Box Office staff for guest service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, financial controls, and audit standards.
• Manage ticket events in Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, or AXS with manifests, pricing, inventory, holds and on-sale execution.
• Partner with promoters and internal teams to optimize ticketing strategies and revenue.
• Oversee inventory, ADA seating, premium seating, group sales, and internal requests.
• Handle daily sales reconciliation, financial reporting, settlements, and secure cash handling.
• Prepare daily counts, settlements, revenue reports, attendance summaries, and other ops reports.
• Coordinate fan club presales, venue presales, VIP packages and promotional campaigns.
• Manage printing and distribution of tickets for events.
• Monitor staffing to ensure efficient labor utilization during events.
• Oversee pre, during, and post-event Box Office operations and guest issue resolution.
• Maintain equipment and system uptime, escalate issues to minimize disruption.
• Maintain event documentation and archival records per standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve Box Office processes and guest experience.
