Job summary

Legends Jacksonville is seeking a Box Office Manager to lead all ticketing operations for events, including concerts, sports, and family shows. You will oversee a team of box office professionals, collaborate with promoters, and drive revenue while upholding financial controls.

The role requires hands-on experience with major ticketing systems, strong guest service, and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field plus leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading box office teams in live entertainment venues.
• Experience with AXS, Ticketmaster Host, and Archtics ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Box Office operations and staff.
• Coordinate ticketing strategies and on-sale execution with promoters and internal teams.
• Ensure financial controls, cash handling, and reconciliation procedures are followed.
• Produce daily counts, settlements, revenue reports, and attendance summaries.
• Manage ticketing inventory, holds, and VIP/promotional campaigns.
