Job summary

V Theater Group LLC is seeking a Box Office Agent to deliver warm, efficient service at our theater. You will assist guests at the box office, manage reservations, and process orders using our in-house ticketing system.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in box office or ticketing, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. This is an in-person, on-site role with opportunities to upgrade with each sale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of proven box office, ticketing, or concierge experience.
• Experience with an electronic ticketing system is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests at the box office with reservations and orders.
• Input reservations and orders into the in-house ticketing system and collect paperwork and payment.
• Promote upgrades and perform ticket auditing, check-in, and related duties.
