Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sports Management, Hospitality, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive Box Office leadership in live entertainment venues.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience leading Box Office staff.
• Experience using AXS, Ticketmaster Host, and Archtics ticketing systems required.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing operations, reconciliation, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Box Office operations and lead the management team and ticket sellers.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate part-time Box Office staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and financial controls.
• Build and manage events within ticketing systems and oversee inventory.
• Coordinate with promoters and internal teams to maximize revenue and accessibility.
