Job summary

Oak View Group seeks a Box Office Manager to oversee ticket inventories, process orders, and generate financial reports for events. The role leads box office staff, manages budgets, and directs customer service initiatives to ensure excellent guest experiences.

The position requires 3–5 years in box office or ticketing, familiarity with Ticketmaster, and strong MS Office skills. Occasional long or irregular hours may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, sports management, business administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of box office/ticketing experience, preferably in sports facilities or arenas.
  • Knowledge of stadium/arena/convention center sales programs and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Ticketmaster.ticketing software.

Responsibilities

  • Build all events in the ticketing system, including seating manifests and price tables.
  • Oversee financial reconciliation in daily and monthly reports and event settlements.
  • Manage information posted through the ticketing system and act as systems administrator.
  • Direct box office staff, training, and customer service related to internal and external customers.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate box office efforts for a large public assembly facility.
