Zusammenfassung

Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank, NJ seeks an experienced Box Office Manager to lead day-to-day ticketing operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service to patrons and partners.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Ticketing & Venue Engagement, and collaborates with Marketing, Operations, and Development to fulfill requests. A strong background in ticketing platforms and payroll oversight is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years Box Office experience.
• Minimum 2 years managerial experience.
• Experience with Ticketmaster, AXS, or Tessitura.
• Experience managing a ticketing platform migration and implementation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Perform event set-up and administration of events in ticketing software.
• Oversee group sales and provide back-up for promotional offerings.
• Liaise with Membership, Marketing and Education to coordinate internal orders.
• Hire, manage, train, motivate, schedule and approve payroll for Box Office staff.
• Finalize sales of VIP/Fan Club/Presales/Group Sales and prepare internal lists and tickets.
• Assist in building restaurant partner program, parking, VIP and related programs in Ticketmaster.
