Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced Box Office Manager to oversee daily and nightly ticketing operations. You will manage Will Call, Guest List, and ticket sales, while supporting staff and ensuring excellent guest service.

The role requires leadership, strong cash handling, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with Ticketmaster systems and collaboration across venue departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in box office or ticketing management is required.
• Flexible schedule including days/nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven cash handling experience and integrity.
• Strong leadership, team supervision and customer service skills.
• Tolerance of diverse cultures, music, and art forms.

Responsibilities

• Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning, etc.).
• Assist and support box office staff as needed and promote a positive team environment.
• Balance cash drawers and assist in reconciliation of ticket sales.
• Coordinate staff training, payroll, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit and hire staff following guidelines; ensure ADA compliance in operations.
• Collaborate with Ticketmaster and other venue departments for smooth operations.
