Job summary

Hard Rock International in Atlantic City is seeking a Box Office Supervisor to manage daily operations and staff under the Entertainment Manager. You will oversee events, ensure guest service standards, and maintain box office controls while generating the daily ticket count report for all shows.

The role requires 2–3 years of box office or supervisory experience, expertise in Classic Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster Access Manager and Mail Manager, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years Box Office/Supervisory experience.
• Classic Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster Access Manager & Mail Manager experience.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency.
• Experience in box office training and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily ticket sales and will call operations.
• Monitor cash/credit reconciliation of daily sales and deposits.
• Process internal, external and season ticket orders.
