Live Nation Entertainment in McKees Rocks, PA is seeking a Box Office Manager to oversee day-to-day ticketing operations and cash handling for the venue. You will lead the Box Office team, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with promoters and event staff to deliver smooth ticketing experiences.

This role requires 2–3 years of Box Office or similar experience, strong customer service, and solid knowledge of Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, AccountManager and TM1.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Box Office manager or representative, including management level work experience.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, computer operations, and cash management procedures.
• Understanding of Ticketing systems including Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, AccountManager and the TM1 product suite.
• Experience managing season ticket business and ancillary products such as VIP Parking and premium hospitality offerings.
• Ability to lead, motivate staff, solve problems, and communicate effectively at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the main Box Office contact for events at the venue(s) assigned.
• Develop relationships with promoters, ticketing staff, guests and partners.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise Box Office personnel.
• Ensure adherence to ticket operations policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to address ticketing needs.
• Oversee nightly Box Office operations during events (Sales, Will Call, scanning).
• Maintain staff morale and a positive working environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues proactively.
• Build and maintain events within ticketing software and monitor inventory.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies to maximize revenue and ancillary product revenue.
