Qualifications

• Experience in Box Office / Ticketing Management.
• Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, holidays).
• Leadership and customer service experience.
• Strong cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations.
• Assist and support box office staff in any of their job functions.
• Ensure positive and creative team environment within the department.
• Recruitment and hiring staff to guidelines.
• Promote superior customer service in all guest interactions.
• Balance and reconciliation of all seller cash drawers.
• Assist Manager on payroll scheduling.
• Provide reports as necessary and coordinate with other venue departments.
