Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Box Office Supervisor to support daily operations under the Entertainment Manager. You will oversee staff, ensure outstanding guest service, and uphold box office controls.

You will build concerts in Ticketmaster, manage cash and deposits, process ticket orders, and coordinate ticket printing. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are required to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2–3 years Box Office/Supervisory experience preferred.
Classic Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster Access Manager & Mail Manager experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Box Office operations and staff under Entertainment Manager.
Manage events and ensure exceptional guest service and internal controls.
Build concerts and events in Ticketmaster; handle cash/credit reconciliation and deposits.
Process internal, external, and season ticket orders; coordinate ticket printing and distribution.
Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and time/attendance reports for payroll.
Input and upload events in Ticketmaster Access Manager for accurate drop counts.
Maintain box office accounting records and assist departments with ticketing needs.
