Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of Box Office leadership experience in live entertainment.
• Experience using Ticketmaster Host and Archtics is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Box Office operations and coach the management team.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate part-time Box Office staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and audit standards.
• Manage all ticketing within the Host system including on-sale execution.
• Collaborate with promoters, talent buyers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor ticket inventory, settlements, and cash handling.
• Prepare daily counts, settlements, and revenue reporting.
• Coordinate presales, VIP packages, and marketing promotions.
• Maintain event documentation and drive process improvements.
