Legends Global is seeking a seasoned Box Office Manager to lead a high‑volume team at our premier venues. You will drive ticketing operations, optimize seating configurations, and collaborate with promoters, talent buyers, and venue partners to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a track record of supervising staff in arena environments, expertise with Ticketmaster Host and Archtics, and a strong command of cash handling and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, sports management, or related field.
• Minimum four years supervising staff in live events or arena settings.
• Experience with Ticketmaster Host and Archtics required.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing operations, cash handling and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the box office team and set monthly staff schedules.
• Collaborate with promoters and venue partners on ticketing strategies.
• Prepare ticket sales reports for Finance and leadership.
• Resolve guest service issues including refunds and reprints.
