Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company, is seeking a Box Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for Live Nation owned & operated and partner venues. You will act as the main Ticketing contact for events, coordinate with promoters, staff, and partners, and lead a team ensuring top-tier guest service.

You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, and compliance with ticketing policies, while optimizing revenue through pricing and ancillary product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Box Office manager or representative, including management level work experience.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, computer operations, and cash handling procedures.
• Understanding of Ticketing systems including Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, AccountManager and the TM1 product suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main Ticketing contact for all events at the venue(s) or locations assigned.
• Develop relationships with Live Nation promoters, ticketing staff, guests, and partners.
• Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision of Box Office staff.
• Ensure adherence to ticket operations policies and procedures.
• Oversee nightly Box Office operations during events (Ticket Sales, Will Call, Ticketing Scanning).
• Collaborate with internal departments and external event personnel to meet ticketing needs.
