Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Wisconsin's Wauwatosa is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, answer calls, and guide visitors through the bowling center. You will manage the waitlist, track lane availability, ring sales at the counter, operate the POS, and assist guests with basic bowling instruction while maintaining cash controls and safety.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience optional.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
