Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant for our location. You will welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane and equipment setup while handling sales at the counter.

Applicants should be comfortable on the phone, enjoy fast-paced environments, and be available for part-time evening and weekend shifts. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to create a WOW guest experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest interaction skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as part of a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and coordinate with lanes and seating.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and events.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and operate POS and public address systems.
