Job summary

Round One Entertainment is seeking a full-time Bowling Department Supervisor to manage the bowling/karaoke department, focusing on sales, staffing, image and operations. The role includes supervising staff, training, and enforcing company policies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in bowling/entertainment hospitality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead by example. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Some college preferred but not required; 3–5 years of experience in bowling, entertainment or hospitality.
• Customer service experience in a similar environment and ability to interact positively with guests.
• Strong operational and staff supervision capabilities and a focus on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and profit projections for bowling/karaoke department.
• Supervise department supervisors to ensure policy compliance and sales goals.
• Provide training on operations and customer service for BO/KA staff at all levels.
