Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member to provide exceptional customer service in a vibrant bowling and arcade environment.

The role supports bowling department operations and guest experiences, including handling POS transactions, assisting customers, and promoting events. The position involves assisting with party reservations, performing cash-handling tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes.
• Promotes and conducts marketing events under Bowling Management.
• Resets and cleans the facility after customers leave (lanes, karaoke rooms, billiard tables, etc).
• Maintains lanes and related equipment; performs basic repairs as needed.
• Handles opening/closing procedures; manages cash tills and memberships.
