Job summary

Round One Entertainment is seeking a Bowling Supervisor to manage the Bowling/Karaoke department’s sales, staff, and overall guest experience. The role requires leadership to drive revenues, maintain high service standards, and ensure alignment with company policies.

The supervisor will train and supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and collaborate with Marketing to boost traffic. The job involves safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a lively entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in bowling, entertainment or hospitality industries.
• Customer service experience in a similar environment with strong verbal communication and can-do attitude.
• Strong operational skills with focus on time management.
• Management experience, preferably in a bowling or game center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales and profit projections for the Bowling/Karaoke department.
• Supervise department supervisors and ensure policy compliance and sales goals.
• Provide training for BO/KA employees and lead weekly staff meetings.
• Assist Marketing with ideas to increase store traffic and promote events.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention, and procedural compliance across the department.
