Job summary

Round One Entertainment is seeking a full-time Bowling Department Supervisor to manage the bowling and karaoke department. The role covers sales, profitability, staffing, image, and customer satisfaction, with responsibility for revenues, expenses, and employee morale.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; open availability, especially nights and weekends, is preferred. Alcohol service workers must be 21+. This is a non-exempt, on-site position in Danbury, CT.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in a bowling, entertainment or hospitality industries.
• Customer service experience in a similar or comparable work environment, strong verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Strong operational skills with focus on great time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales and profit projections for the bowling/karaoke department.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through the company policies and procedures.
• Be on the floor to provide personal sales support and assist operations.
