Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospitality management experience.
• Experience in bowling / event / retail industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to customers.
• Promote and sell bowling games, memberships and pro shop products.
• Select, coach, and develop staff for Bowling, Karaoke and Events Department.
• Oversee audit reports with sales information and auditing discoveries for store management.
• Coordinate all procedures for special events and ensure safety and policy compliance.
