Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member to support the Bowling Department. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, POS transactions, and lane allocations in a dynamic entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior hospitality or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes.
• Promotes and conducts marketing events under Bowling Management direction.
• Resets and cleans facility, including lanes, karaoke rooms, billiard tables, and arcade areas.
• Performs lane maintenance and checks equipment condition.
• Handles opening and closing procedures and cash tills.
• Assists with party reservations and hosting events.
• Provides bowling tips and customer assistance.
• Answers general inquiries by phone.
