Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager in Santa Clara to lead store operations alongside the Boutique Manager. You will coach a team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer journey in a luxury retail setting.

You will mentor staff, streamline processes, and champion coffee knowledge while delivering an outstanding guest experience and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years management experience in fast-paced or luxury retail.
• 2+ years supervisory experience with multiple direct reports.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Authentic passion for coffee, sustainability, and continual learning.
• Availability to work open/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
